Over the past 30 years, NEW VOGUE, based on the outskirts of Lille, has undergone many changes, just like its preferred sector, textiles. Over the years, the company has evolved from a trouser manufacturer to a repacker and "made-to-measure" logistics provider for customers such as Francesco Smalto, IZAC, Le Colonel Moutarde...
To consolidate its development over the next few years, NEW VOGUE is launching a new "Fashion Reverse Logistics" business in a sector where the online return rate is close to 20%. In a new, dedicated warehouse, NEW VOGUE has chosen to capitalize on Infflux's BEXT solution, already deployed in the workshop and bonded warehouse, to manage textile returns, carry out checks, recondition and optimize shipments to secondary sales or recycling channels.

Infflux's solution to optimize logistics for NEW VOGUE's 30 client chains
In its 20,000 m2 warehouse, NEW VOGUE manages a multitude of logistics operations for some 30 mid- and high-end textile brands. It also manages changing rooms and supplies for French ministry hostesses, Air Algérie pilots, Eurotunnel employees, etc. The BEXT WS solution enables NEW VOGUE to manage multiple modes of reception, storage, order preparation and delivery according to the specific needs of its various customers. In this way, NEW VOGUE optimizes order preparation for its own sales outlets, multi-brand retailers, foreign traders and even consumers via e-commerce. In addition, the company can carry out hanger setting, ironing and treatments, valuable complementary activities for textile chains. In order to absorb and plan the daily workload, Infflux's WMS solution pilots the activity of each operator according to the imperatives and logistical constraints (e.g. daily 4:00 p.m. passage of carriers) specific to each customer, while striving to balance their tasks. In addition, the BEXT solution interfaces with NEW VOGUE's customer sales management system to transform internet orders into preparation orders, and cash sales into restocking.

Results
Today, NEW VOGUE, using the BEXT solution, handles the daily reception of more than 10,000 pieces and the shipment of more than 15,000 pieces, representing more than 4 million pieces per year and twice as many in movement.
For the past decade, NEW VOGUE and Infflux have been working together to meet the new needs and challenges of textile brands, such as distant sourcing and reverse logistics.

Outlook
In the coming months, as a complement to its new "Reverse Logistics Fashion" business, NEW VOGUE plans to integrate
