Missions
Your mission will be to actively participate in the development of INFFLUX's sales, while respecting the values of the company and the group. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing customers. You will need to understand and analyze the business challenges of customers and prospects in order to offer the best possible added value based on our solutions.
New customer acquisition:
- Identify and qualify new business through events and partner networks
- Develop a sales strategy by account
- Introduce prospects to the company's product and service offering and its strengths in the marketplace
- Respond to calls for tender, present appropriate solutions, manage the pre-sales phase, lead negotiations with a view to contractualization
Manage a customer portfolio:
- Maintain contact with key customers and regularly inform them of product developments, in order to develop INFFLUX's presence among its customers
- Maintain customer relations with both specifiers (operational management, solution users, etc.) and decision-makers (IT director, general manager, logistics director)
- Negotiate contracts and possible renewals
- Promote and sell complementary services and offers to customers, and extend the use of solutions to customers in new geographical areas and/or entities
- Participate in steering committees with operational teams during deployment phases
Profile sought
- Graduate of a business or engineering school
- You have at least 5 years' successful experience in selling value-added software solutions in the logistics sector
- Knowledge of operational logistics and related solutions (WMS, TMS, WCS) is a real asset for the success of this position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, listening skills, good interpersonal skills and team spirit are the qualities required for this position
- Fluency in English preferred

Missions
Reporting to operations management, the intralogistics project manager is responsible for implementing our software on mechanized and automated systems at customer sites, on time and on budget. He/she leads the project from signature to production start-up, and may be called upon to intervene in future site developments. Working as part of a team, he/she relies on internal technical relays and the product department. The intralogistics project manager is involved in a wide variety of business sectors, with a wealth of issues relating to warehouse management and mechanization.
You will be required to :- Define functional coverage adapted to customer needs and project requirements
- Specify exchange flows between our solutions and third-party systems (ERP, etc.)
- Manage the scope of the project, notifying the customer of out-of-budget requests
- Guarantee planning in consultation with Infflux and customer implementation teams
- Prevent cost and quality drift to guarantee the project's completion margin target
- Handle alerts and manage internal and customer communication
- Participate in the parameterization of our solutions
- Train key users
- Supervise the deployment of our solutions on site and assist the customer during production start-up
Profile required
- Engineering degree in Logistics / Mechanization
- Significant and successful experience of at least 5 years in the management of complex mechanization and automation projects.
- Mobile in mainland France
- Driving license

Missions
Reporting to the Operations Department, the Project Manager is responsible for implementing our software on the customer's premises, on time and on budget. Working as part of a team, he/she is supported by in-house technical relays and the product department. The logistics project manager is involved in a wide range of business sectors, with a wealth of issues relating to warehouse management, warehouse mechanization, e-commerce, and transport management.

Reporting to the Implementation team, the Logistics Technical Consultant works on customer projects to implement the functionalities of our range of logistics software (BEXT suite).
Your main tasks are to :
- Parameterize the application using a scripting language
- Adapt the application to the customer's specific needs
- Write technical specifications and test plans
- Validate developments in the application
- Assist with requirements expression workshops and quotation estimates

Missions
As part of our team of developers in Sophia Antipolis, and in cooperation with our teams in Paris for certain projects, you will be working on several of our WMS and WCS products. Working in a C++, Qt, Visual Basic and SQL Server environment, you will develop specific business processes for our customers, and participate in enriching the standard functionalities of our products. After a period of training on our products and basic logistics concepts, you will apply your skills to warehouse management projects.
Profile required
- Software engineer background
- At least 2 years' experience in C++ programming
