Flexible parameterization

BEXT Invoicing allows you to integrate different invoicing rules for different customers (principals), such as invoicing for storage by unit, by weight, by flat rate, with rates depending on storage units, storage location, etc. A storage rule can be used for several customers by defining storage units and storage locations. A storage rule can be used for several customers by defining rule groups, just as it can be used for a single customer, and is not limited in number.

What about the unexpected?

Don't panic, BEXT Invoicing allows you to add one-off services such as repackaging products that have arrived in bulk, a temporary special operation, replacement of torn packaging, and so on. You can also enter additional management hours for both incoming and outgoing goods.

Invoice and interface

A pre-bill can be generated for an account at any time. The manager can add or remove items with a few clicks. Invoices can be generated weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and BEXT Invoicing interfaces with all accounting software.

Invoices drawn up from different sources without re-keying

With BEXT Invoicing, you don't have to re-enter your services in another software program, thanks to its integration into the overall BEXT solution. This saves you time and increases reliability.

Metrics used

BEXT natively manages a wide range of metrics required for your invoicing (job duration, storage time, number of entries/exits, movements). Integration into your solution gives you access to all your operational data for simple, exhaustive creation of your invoicing rules.
